• Lead and manage tech-driven construction projects.
• Liaise with property managers, contractors, and designers.
• Negotiate and execute contracts.
• Ensure projects are staffed and on track.
• Handle all project documentation and meetings.
• Integrate telecommunications, security, and automation systems.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Represent the project in client and subcontractor meetings.
• Supervise and assist field personnel.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet customer expectations.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Accubid and building codes.
• Knowledge of communication cabling standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 5+ years in communications cabling/systems (a plus).
• Willingness to travel (50-80%).
