Your new role
The open requisition is for a MEP Project Manager to work out of the company's Richmond Hill office. This successful incumbent will report into the Vice President and will manage projects with a heavy focus on mechanical and electrical components. They will provide expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ensure all trades comply with the design requirements, specs and codes. They will act as a coach and mentor within the department and collaborate with other stakeholders in the company.

What you'll need to succeed
The Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager will have a degree or diploma within mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 6 years of construction experience. They will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver on objectives for all project activity. They will have a very strong acumen in MEP engineering systems and principles and have the ability to identify and problems and effectively resolve them. This individual must be an effective communicator and a proven leader.
