We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicating project status and issues to project managers and other stakeholders
- Managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
