Your new role
The open role is for a Project Coordinator to join the Toronto office and focus on Industrial development projects across the GTA. The position will report to the Director of Construction and they will support the PM overseeing and managing the projects. They will develop relationships with clientele, report on cost and pricing trends, support conceptual estimates, assist with Request for Proposals and visit construction sites to develop an understanding of activity. The Project Coordinator - Industrial will coordinate with the design and leasing department to process and approve price adjustments and design change cost variances. Finally they will assist the PM in day-to-day operations and work with all project members to support the delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Project Coordinator candidate will have:
- 3+ years in commercial estimating and project coordination
- Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, estimating etc.
-Good communication with ability to work with all levels of employees (Manager to subtrades)
-Proficient with MS Applications and Project Scheduling
-Detail oriented and highly analytical
- Experience working on Industrial and/or Commercial projects in the Greater Toronto Area.
