Project Controller Officer

Your new company
Our client, a recognized leader in the healthcare sector, is currently seeking a
Project Controller (PCO) for a temporary three (3) month assignment. The company stands out for its commitment to quality and efficiency in strategic projects related to the healthcare network.


Your new role
As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring program activities. Your main tasks will include:
  • Develop and maintain the integrated project plan.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and project leads to update the overall schedule.
  • Prepare tracking materials (Kanban) for Scrum meetings and presentations to management.
  • Attend project committees, produce meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Monitor activities, identify issues, and produce progress reports.
  • Manage the issue and change logs via SharePoint.
  • Maintain the document structure in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and document governance.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Project.
Assets:
  • Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare network.
  • Experience in IT project environments and PMO.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, management, or equivalent.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
