A collective organization in the motorcycle industry is looking for a Payroll Administrator

Your new company

A family-owned auto company with multiple locations across British Colombia. The primary goal of the organization is to create a welcoming environment and guide the customer through the whole purchasing process.


Your new role

  • Prepare and distribute semi-monthly, and bi-weekly, payrolls for salaried and hourly employees, including issuing manual cheques as required,
  • Issuing payroll related cheques,
  • Prepare and distribute year-end T4s, T4As, T5s, and T2200s,
  • Administer First Canadian group benefits and employee benefit payments,
  • Support employees and management in day-to-day human resource issues,
  • Setting up New Hires on the Dealer Management system and Payroll system,
  • General filing and administration,
  • Other projects as may be assigned by Senior Management

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of Payroll experience

Experience processing semi-monthly, bi-weekly, salary and hourly employees.
General administrative experience
Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

What you'll get in return

$60-75K, 3 weeks vacation, healthcare
