A home builder is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to the team in their office

Your new role
Main contact for the purchasers, Bank runs, managing inquiries, Monitoring emails, Mail and deliveries, couriers, Communication with sales centers upcoming deals, Updating files digital and paper Purchase process, Following up with customers, strong customer service, answering any needs, correspondences and ad hoc admin duties within the office

Fully in office, based in S.Calgary area
Must drive, parking provided
