Your new company

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a national real-estate group in Vancouver. We are seeking a Leasing Administrator to join their team on a contract basis of 1 month, which has the strong potential to be taken permanent. You will be working Monday – Friday from either their North Vancouver office location or at either of the 2 buildings within Vancouver. Fixed rate for gas mileage will be covered while travelling between building locations.

Your new role

Working alongside the Community Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and support as needed for inquiries. You will qualify prospective residents, sell property benefits, promote referral programs, and inspect suites for upcoming availabilities. You will also work within Yardi and Microsoft office to submit changes for availability reports, register prospective residents and complete background and credit checks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful candidate for this role you will have 2-3 years of experience within a similar role. You will have a strong foundational knowledge of leasing regulations and prior experience working directly with renters is an asset. Prior working experience within Yardi is a must.
