Your new role

In this national role, you’ll spearhead initiatives in Ontario for the convenience and gas channel. If you have a passion for excellence and a knack for building strong relationships, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with national and regional Convenience & Grocery (C&G) accounts, ensuring products are prominently and effectively represented.
  • Category Leadership: Excel in category management within the alcohol sector, leveraging your expertise to drive market share and category growth.
  • Optimized Merchandising: Oversee planogram assortment to ensure optimal product placement, enhancing visibility and sales.
  • Innovative Programming: Create and implement impactful programming that resonates with consumers and drives brand loyalty.
  • Financial Precision: Maintain a sharp focus on margins, finance, and pricing, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with provincial and regional sales managers to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective success.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline.
  • 3+ years customer relation experience in the beverage alcohol or CPG industries.
  • Must be able to manage all aspects of the business / relationship.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Must be highly motivated with a passion and drive for building the business.
  • Data centric approach and understanding of key resources (Power Bi, Numerator, Nielsen etc.).
  • Loves a challenge and thrives in a competitive environment.
