A local Real Estate Developer, Investor and Manager is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join the team based Downtown Vancouver. This company focuses on urban, residential, commercial, industrial and mixed used projects in Western Canada.

Your new role
As Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing 78 residential units and providing administrative support for the commercial portfolio which has roughly 80 tenants. Reporting into the Director Property Management, you will be responsible for diligently handling all administrative tasks as assigned, conducting all activities related to the apartment rentals, preparing tenancy documentation, ensuring terms of lease agreements are fulfilled, coordinating maintenance requests, dealing with tenant requests and provide support for all aspects of day-to-day administrative activities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and comfortable dealing with RTB applications. You must have solid experience in administrative capacity, be organized and meet deadlines. A self-starter is a must and you should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle (including car share options).

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a base salary of $75,000 plus 10% bonus, benefits and a parking spot.
