Your new role
You are a team player that combines a strong design orientation with an open and collaborative teamwork focused environment. You are passionate about the work that you do. You will be working on an array of projects including high-quality urban; mixed-use developments and multi-family residential designs. The successful candidate will be assisting with the preparation of design and construction drawings, as well as coordination with design consultants. In this role you be assigned to doing full working drawings sets, attending site meetings and working collaboratively on a team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5+ years' relevant experience with a British Columbia Architectural firm, completion of a certified Building Technology or Architectural program in a professionally recognized institution. You will have demonstrated expertise in building technology including wood frame, steel and concrete construction, for low-rise and mid-rise projects. The candidate should be familiar with municipal approvals processes, and knowledge of the BC Building Code. You will have experience working with AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks.
