A leading Canadian financial services corporation is seeking an HR Operations Specialist.
Your new company

You will be working within a large team consisting of HR, Talent Acquisition and payroll employees, you will also benefit from a strong company culture that hosts regular social events for employees.
Your new role
You will gain experience across the full spectrum of HR and no two days will be the same. Your duties will vary from responding to general inquiries from employees and managers, to assisting with the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
1-2 years HR experience, preferably from an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role. A high degree of flexibility to adapt to multiple and competing priorities, and the ability to manage high volumes of information in an organized fashion.
