Hays Human Resources division in Ontario, are partnered with our client in Ottawa to hire a Human Resources Generalist.
Your new Company
The business operates across Ontario and are recognized as a fuel provider across Canada. Due to progression planning, the Human Resources team is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join the team.
Your new Role
As the Human Resources Generalist reporting into the Human Resources Director, and working alongside another Human Resources Generalist, you will support your assigned client group for all their Human Resources needs. Your day-to-day will consist of, but not be limited to the follow; Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Employee Relations and Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development and more. In this role you will focus on supporting the day-to-day operational HR needs for your group, along with having the opportunity to act more strategically in your position, supporting the Human Resources Director and senior leadership group for the organization.
What you’ll need to Succeed
To succeed as the Human Resources Generalist, you will bring 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, along with education relating to HR, in the form of a bachelor’s degree, and/ or HRM Certification or CHRP designation. You will have experience supporting managers in your roles to date and have strong knowledge in the ESA. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple lines of communication simultaneously. You will be passionate about Human Resources and developing your career alongside an established company with a strong Human Resources leader and wider team.
