Our client, a privately held organization located in Windsor, ON, are looking to hire a Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager will manage a team of three direct reports and will be responsible for a wide range of duties. The Finance Manager will carry out financial analysis, financial reporting and assist in financial modelling. In addition, the Finance Manager will support the annual budget preparation and be responsible for monitoring the budget's performance as well as long-term financial planning and forecasting. The Finance Manager will support the general accounting process, cash flow monitoring and support in-process improvements.

The suitable candidate is required to hold a post-secondary degree in an Accounting or similar field as well as ideally being a CPA Holder. The Finance Manager will need to have a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience as well as exposure to the construction or manufacturing sector. The Finance Manager must have proven people leadership skills and working knowledge with an ERP system.
