Our client are an established residential builder in Calgary. They are seeking an intermediate level Estimator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Your new role
As the Estimator you will be responsible for completing bids and other pre-construction related duties for both single and multi-family projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside a variety of departments within the organisation to ensure the success of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience in a Estimator role and strong trades connections in the market. This candidate will have strong analytical skills, and a good sense of urgency. Past experience with cost estimating, drafting specifications and proficient in estimating programs is a must.
