Well respected and established home builder is looking for and customer service coordinator or warranty administrator to continue to deliver exceptional residential singles and towns. With a new look design center and exiting new projects in the pipeline this is fantastic opportunity to join this organization as it continues to grow and redefine itself in the housing market.
Your new role
As the customer service coordinator, you would be responsible for working directly with the home owners from final sales to PDI, through to close out occupancy and year end. Duties include reviewing deficiency lists, scheduling service people, documentation and resolution of home deficiency with the aid of construction manager. Complete and facilitate all Tarion Warranty and HCRA obligations. Enroll homes with Tarion. Ensure lawyer receives occupancy permit before closing. Build report and enhance customer experience through the home building process.
What you'll need to succeed
The requirements for the role are a minimum of 2 years with a home builder as a customer service coordinator or warranty administrator. Strong understanding of the residential building process. Well versed in the Tarion Home Warranty program. Good computer skills; MS Office. Strong organization and communication skills.
