Our client, a leading player in the Construction and Real Estate Market, have an immediate need for a Controller to join their Senior Accounting & Finance team in their Edmonton location.

Your new role
Managing a team of three direct reports, you will oversee various functions of the Accounting & Finance department which will include, but not be limited to overseeing Accounts Payable, Tax, Audit and Financial Reporting..

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CPA Designated, have at least 10 years' Accounting experience and be extremely skilled with Excel as well as other industry relevant programs and applications such as Yardi. A background in a related industry would be an asset but is not considered essential.
