Hays has partnered with a well-known residential builder that are currently looking for a strong Construction Manager to join their team in Calgary. This company specialises in luxury town home /row housing builds.

Your new role
As the Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction team who are responsible for various town home builds across the city of Calgary. You will be responsible for project planning, land and vertical development, ensuring site safety, weekly site checks, various other operational duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 5 years experience in the multi family sector preferably as a Superintendent. The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge and experience in the build of wood frame multi-family structures. Experience managing trades, site safety, overseeing a project schedule and budget is considered an asset.
