Your new role
Concrete design for in scope work; verification of suppliers concrete design for large suppliers package.

What you'll need to succeed
› Under limited supervision, develop designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, specifications, Data sheets, Bid documents, Bid evaluations, engineering directives, and other data, according to client specifications.
› Design drainage and utilities for infrastructure projects in the mining processing industry.
› Ensure that project design solutions are delivered in accordance with the relevant codes and regulations and to the highest industry standards on schedule and within budget.
› Perform quality check for all design work to ensure to meet SNC QA/QC requirements.
› Data management and record keeping.
› Attending meetings and take minutes.
› Writing report, technical memo.
› Conducting field investigations.
› Develop CAD/BIM/Civil3D and other modelling software capability within the team.

Qualifications
› P.Eng + mining experience
› Working knowledge/experience in designs for earthworks, drainage systems, site underground services.
› Water shed management, Haul Road designs and Pumps Systems knowledge and experience preferred.
› Thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.
› Working knowledge of Micro-Station, Civil 3D, AutoCAD.
› Excellent French and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
› Experience working on mining projects and material handling (conveyor, crusher, stacker reclaimer) is an asset.
