Your new role
The Program is looking for a Business Analyst for 6 months, with a possible extension, to work on the creation of the framework, guidance, and tactical tools to mature IS *capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a strategy-to-execution process.

Main accountabilities:

• Facilitating workshop requirements gathering/prioritizing
• Document capability definitions
• Design and create maturity assessment templates
• Design and create a mechanism to track and report on progress
• Assist in defining a process for prioritizing capability maturity
• Document best practices for maturing *capabilities
• Assist in the creation of maturity roadmaps
• Assist in Marketing and Communications for the promotion of the IS Maturity Program and framework adoption

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years of similar experience
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI
• Effective communication skills (written/verbal)
• Self-motivated
• Comfortable with process iteration to ensure successful outcomes
• Familiar with Organization Change Management practices and techniques to drive adoption
