Your new role
Based in our Montreal office, the Technical Support is responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone and through smart support. This role is a specialized role with analyzers including pre-sales support, start up, calibration, and repair of advanced gas analyzers.

• Provide expert technical competence to help our customers solve issues via phone or smart support
• May include advising on a solution to customers (e.g., replacements, tech dispatch, repairs etc.)
• Handing over comprehensive technical analysis and recommended parts for technical response if technician dispatched
• Specialization in advanced gas analyzers
• Provide pre-sales support for advanced gas analyzers
• Start-up new advanced gas analyzer installations
• Calibration and repair of advanced gas analyzers
• All other duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• College Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or Instrument Mechanics or similar
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, SFDC, and PowerPoint
