Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a highly respected boutique real estate company in Downtown Calgary, AB. We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a contract basis of 14 months. This position is fully in office, 5 days a week

Your new role
Responsibilities include participating in the development of property budgets and proposals for major capital renovations and in the monitoring and managing of tenant accounts. Assists in managing budgeted expenses. Participates in the development of the monthly and quarterly management reports. Responds to the day to day needs of tenants and owners and assists in resolving needs and concerns. Provides primary care of the building’s various amenities, and the coordination of how our tenants interact with the amenities

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 4 years of commercial property management or similar experience is a requirement. Completion of a post-secondary education certificate or degree program is a requirement. Real Property Administrator (RPA) or other relevant certification in real estate is an asset. A better-than-average level of comfort with technology, specifically related to mobile and desktop apps and platforms
