Our client, a well-known architectural firm in the Greater Montreal area, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.
You will receive calls and greet clients. You are in charge of mail management, shipments and supplies. You are in charge of managing the conference rooms and technical support to employees. You follow the absences and ensure the cleanliness of the premises. You will also manage the printers and the Lunch and Learn.
You have a DEP in office automation or secretarial or have equivalent experience. You have a good knowledge of Offices utilities. You speak French and have a good level of English. You are autonomous and have a good sense of judgment. #1101434
