Your new role

  • Configure Workday, including the implementation of the Learning Module and Talent and Time Administration Management (TTAM).
  • Execute a net new implementation strategy for Learning Module and TTAM.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation to support completed configuration and implementation work.
  • Clearly define and continuously refine technical requirements to align with business goals.
  • Prioritize high-value and high-impact tasks to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Optimize HR processes through strategic improvements and system capabilities.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Enhance user experience by streamlining workflows and improving system usability.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Workday, Jira, Microsoft Suite, Confluence, Sharepoint
  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Demonstrated strong time management skills with the ability to independently prioritize and organize work across daily tasks and long-term goals.
  • Experienced in supporting a wide range of HR-related tasks, processes, and services.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies; able to adapt to iterative workflows and continuous improvement practices.
  • Committed to enhancing the employee experience through thoughtful, user-centered approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
