A respected real estate owner and manager which is continuing to grow their substantial portfolio in BC is looking for a seasoned (Senior) Property Manager to join its friendly team based Downtown Vancouver. This company offer flexibility and hybrid workforce. This is a confidential and exclusive role to Hays.

Your new role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the residential multifamily portfolio in the Greater Vancouver area. You will need to work effectively with the management and administration staff to manage the properties from both a financial and physical perspective. Your key duties include creating and managing budgets, reviewing financial statements for the properties, overseeing the repair and maintenance of all properties, perform inspections, implement preventative maintenance plans, staff management and motivating employees including coaching building managers, tenant relations, addressing all RTB matters and overseeing compliance on all leases. You will also provide due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need 10 years’ experience in residential multifamily property management and proven success leading/mentoring/managing a team. You must have experience using Yardi software, have excellent communication skills, and strong organization skills. This is a senior role that will be overseeing the property management operations but requires you to be hands on.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary up to $120,000 (depending on experience), bonus, 4 weeks’ vacation, flexibility, benefits, and car allowance.
