During the interview, I found this candidate to be very down to earth and professional. They spoke very confidently about their previous experience working on-site for oil & gas, mining and construction organizations. Over the course of their career, they have developed an aptitude with maintaining great working relationships and it has allowed them to develop a talent for preserving the ability to make sure that things run smoothly on any construction site project they partake in. They describe themselves as trustworthy, loyal, organized, efficient, meticulous, empathetic and competent. I believe that this candidate would be a great fit for any organization seeking someone who would be able to adapt quickly, and develop a trusting working relationship. Highly recommended!
