• An outstanding candidate with big potential. After only 3 and a half years in the industry, she has acquired an impressive level of market knowledge and skill.
• Currently employed as an Assistant Project Manager for a company that provides strategic and technical advice to assist in various components of land development opportunities, investment, management and approvals, a position she has held for 10 months. Here, she has worked on 30+ projects in various stages of site servicing and development, from initial municipal approval phase to final assumption or registration. Prior to her current position, she worked for a prominent Toronto developer for 3 years in project management.
• Completed her Master of Real Estate & Infrastructure (MREI) at York University’s Schulich School of Business, graduating with distinction on the Dean’s List. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
• Possesses a very thorough understanding of Town and Regional planning, engineering, and approval processes, which allows her to provide timely and strategic assistance in managing and expediting Institutional, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Plans of Subdivisions as well as Site Plan Applications for CBLM’s clients.
• Highly capable of working independently, although still a strong team player. Not the type who would need to be micromanaged or have her hand held. Eager to hit the ground running, with support and mentorship of senior management.
• Strong research, computer, analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Efficiently organizes and balances multiple priorities with attention to detail, works collaboratively with professionals at all levels, utilizing strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation, and is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
