They are clearly dedicated to their career and had even assisted their significant other in the running of their practice. They spoke confidently about their 10+ years as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager and takes pride in their abilities to juggle both roles respectively. This candidate is looking for a fast-paced organization that can not only challenge her, but help her thrive in her environment. They consider themselves to be loyal, organised, meticulous, confident, and is able to prioritise their work efficiently and effectively. I believe that this candidate would be a great addition to any organization that is seeking someone who is able to adapt quickly and would prefer to have minimal drawbacks in training processes for their organization.
