Professional qualifications/key skills
• 3 Years’ Project Coordination/ Project Management in Commercial Retail Construction, 4 years’ experience as drafting / architectural technician
• Lead and manage multiple retail store projects; demolitions, new build, structural, interior design, renovations, fit ups, etc.
• Manage projects from drawings through construction to store completions / opening,
• Experience managing project coordinators, liaise with site supers and trades ensuing the project in on schedule and within budget
• Strong budgeting / estimating skills
• Strong communication skills, fluently bilingual
• Excellent computer software skills, MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit; learns new programs with ease
