• Bachelor’s degree and diplomas in both business and accounting. Highly numerate with earlier career in finance, made the switch to compensation and has 3.5 years in this field.
• Managed the annual compensation cycle and providing year-end support using HRIS and Ultipro.
• Oversees all programs related to compensation, including global compensation policies, procedures and practices including revamping where necessary. Forecast the structure of new pay programs and individual incentive plans as needed.
• Executive compensation including administering the quarterly and LTIP programs. Work with the stock plan administrator and service provider to support the equity-based programs. Prepare quarterly grant allocation reports and communication materials. Collaborate with the Lead of Executive Compensation and the VP to evaluate and model Equity trends.
