Salary Guide 2015 infographic hiring trendsIt is taking up to six months to fill crucial roles, according to Hays 2015 Salary Guide survey respondents, and this delay is limiting productivity and increasing pressure on the current workforce.

As noted by the Huffington Post, employers are already risking employee burnout by limiting headcount and increasing organizational objectives, so these extra delays in hiring is adding additional strain to an already stretched Canadian workforce.
