Blog image December 1 AFThe latest Hays Salary Guide shows that banking and financial services is one of Canada's strongest industries, and accounting and finance remains a function with steady demand and some skills shortages.

Two-thirds (66%) of banking and financial professionals expect business activity to increase and almost as many (60%) accounting and finance professionals say there is a moderate to extreme skills shortage in their function.
