Microsoft .NET Team Lead

Maintenance Supervisor
Would you like to be a part of a Reliability Centred Maintenance Team? Would you like to take part in laying down the RCM plans, create Preventative & Predictive maintenance Plans? As Maintenance Supervisor at this large manufacturer in the food –beverage industry you will provide leadership to millwrights and electricians, ensure flawless equipment maintenance and take part in setting up reliability centred maintenance plans. You will be responsible for setting up preventive as well as predictive maintenance plans and will support internal partners like Production, Quality and Plant Engineering to review specifications of new and existing equipment. You will build a team environment in maintenance.

If you are experienced in the preparation of estimates, bids and budget preparation, design and build projects, and have at least 5 years experience on residential new build construction projects this could be the role for you. Responsibilities will include reading engineering and architectural drawings and specifications, performing bills of quantities take offs ( for all divisions ) as well as prepare, enter and maintain accurate quantity take-offs estimates, completing budget and final cost estimates, and allocating cost keys for labour, materials, equipment and sub-trades.
