Research the companies that are expanding to find out what types of candidates they are looking for, and ensure you tailor your resume to each role by highlighting your relevant experience. Demand is high for trades and maintenance professionals, and there are opportunities in a range of other sectors including engineering, health and safety,  IT, accounting and HR.
